General Conditions

Booking of the accommodation:
The booking is processed when the customer has paid to the owner the 25% of the total amount of the stay, through wire transfer or through the way the owner indicates. Until the payment is not made, the properties are free for the renting to other customers.

Total payment:
The total payment of the stay, the 50% will be made on the day when the customers arrive.

Bail

The amount of 400 eur will be preauthorized on the card with which the reservation has been made as a guarantee. This amount may be charged proportionally up to 5 days after departure. The collection will only be made in case of misuse of the facilities or severe breach of the internal regime regulations.

Prices: 
The prices of the accommodation have the use of the firewood, the sheets and towels are included, as well as the expenses of electricity and heating. You can ask for the using of cots as well without extra cost.

During the stay:
The customer contracts the stay for a determined period that in any case could demand any right to keep the occupation once the period of stay is finished.

The cancellation of bookings:

* The 25% paid in concept of reservation up to 3 weeks before will be respected for your stay in successive dates of availability of the house, provided they are not bridges, Holy Week, Christmas or end of the year. If canceled within 3 weeks prior to the stay, the remaining 75% will be charged without refund.
* For the cancellations of bridges, Holy Week, Christmas and end of the year the remaining 75% will be charged if cancellation exists at any time.

Arriving/ Exit:
Arriving from the 18 h. You will have to let the owner know the approximated hour.
Exit before the 12 midday. Ask the availability to lengthen the hour. If it is posible there will not exist any problema neither any surcharge.

The use of the facilities:
The customer will have to guarantee the respect and use correctly the facilities. He/she must be implicated to leave in good conditions the property.

Capacity:
The agreement is established for a determinate number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner could reject the extra customers. This refusal should not be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract by the owner and in the owner will not refund the amount for this reason. 

Pets:
This accommodation specifies that the pets are allowed always respecting the good conditions of the facilities

Dispute:
Any complain linked with the conditions of the house, the owner must be notified as soon as possible.
